I was not able to load a picture of the trim tag for this car but here is another March tag 03D that I know is real for comparison purposes.

Tag is believed to be real and never off according to a previous owner.

I do see differences in the tags pictured here. Maybe it's the paint build up on the X77 tag but I am still not a believer just yet.
