What is the earliest BE date known either from an original POP or from a car?

The one in the Bill Hunter Yenko is on top of the car build date. 01B build & IIRC the rear is dated January 19th or 21st.

Shouldn't it have a Positraction source code (D,E,or W) under the "BE"?
