Hey all, I'm currently doing a swap from a powerglide to a M20 and was wondering what other people's opinions were on a Luk Clutch kit (here's the link https://www.summitracing.com/parts/luk-04-049). I'm only going to be driving it on the road, no racing of any kind, so I don't need a high end performance clutch, I just want something that is reliable without breaking my bank and I saw this, just want some more opinions on it, thanks.

I have the 10.5" version and would buy it again.  If I remember right, I think I sourced a different pilot bushing.  It may have been magnetic.  Not 100% sure on that, but if it is magnetic you should not use it.

The 04-0049 kit you linked is an 11.0" clutch - make sure you use the correct kit for your starter, flywheel, and bellhousing combination.

Pilot bushing is listed as bronze construction -

Thanks guys, I didn't mean to link that 11" one haha, but I'm happy to hear more good things about the clutch.

I use the 10-3/8" version and like the feel very much, it engages very smoothly.
