Does build date 06c denote 3rd week of June?

For 50 bucks you can get the finish date & the dealer your car was originally sold to. It does not mean your car was sold from there, dealer trades...Joe

That is the 'projected' build week, as determined at the time of order.   It may or may not be the actual build week, depending on issues such as parts availability, etc, but it should be pretty close.   Going thru the NCRS site is the only way to determine 'actual build completion' date.

This is composed of two digits (01 thru 12 corresponding to each month of the year) and a letter (A thru E corresponding to the week of the month) and indicates when the assembly of the body was started. For example, 11C means the body assembly was started during the third week of November of that model year. 05A would mean the body assembly was started during the first week of May.
