From what you posted above,
AIM UPC PW7/PW8 only specifies convertible (12000-467)
therefore the coupe reverts back to AIM UPC 10

is this a correct assumption?

That's what logic would dictate, but it ignores the Z/28 condition (non-SS coupe with RWL tires); I guess they just forgot about that one.
