The standard wheel on a 1969 Camaro SS350 had a 14 x 7 inch rim.

It came with 14x7 rally Wheels in addition to the American Racing wheels.

I have read of some owners finding a build manifest on the top of the gas tank on cars built at the Van Nuys Plant.
