Tag seems OK and appears to line up with VIN.

Engine too early for car so not original to the car.

I can't say for sure if OK or not (could be) with that poor pic - but it looks to have been decked at least lightly.

Pad is original, but not to that car, IMO.

FYI, I have a couple of 2B built Nor Z's with that engine build date code in my database.
