Fuel cells became mandatory in Trans-Am cars beginning with the War Bonnet race. Before that
it was perfectly acceptable to use a standard steel gas tank with no foam or special liner. In fact,
A/Sedan cars could continue to use a simple gas tank if their owner wanted to.


I wonder how many people took up Mark on his offer?
