'69 TH350 shifter mounting hardware

There are some big holes in the floor of my car where the shifter gets mounted, about 7/16".....what is the correct hardware? Thanks

Those four holes are for Rivnuts - see your Assembly Manual, section M35, sheet A8, item #4.
