1968 Z22 body side molding template

Can any one tell me where to find a template, to drill the correct holes to install the 1968 Rally Sport 3 piece body side moulding. The assembly manual only shows front fender holes.

Also, the templates are # MT68RS for $21.95 at Classic Camaro, the other suppliers should have them also.
