I'm putting my 69 back together after paint. These 2 clips were in the bag I had marked a rocker tin so they are the galvanized plates under the carpet & sill plates. Can anybody tell where they went? Maybe held the antenna cable for a rear antenna car? Thank you, Joe

 They were used to hold down the rear antenna cable inside the pass side channel

I have also seen them for rear speaker wires - pass wire channel.

You're right, James. I forgot about that. They are in my 67 with rear speaker.
