Partial VIN off by 10,000 - assembly error

Ran across data on 124378N390002 yesterday.  VIN tag is fine and trim tag fits perfectly with the VIN.

Partial VIN is off by 10,000 - it shows 8N380002.

Car is for sale on as a project with some new parts Facebook and is legitimate. Seems to have maybe been an L30 car. Original engine is gone. Has a 2.73 open 12 bolt axle, air conditioning, rear fold down seat, power disc brakes, power steering.

The roll stamp didn't index correctly from 8N389999. It went back to 8N380000. So a few cars probably had this error.
