Like I mentioned, it looks like the tag was pulled and re-riveted back on, possibly with non factory rivets. We would have to see what they look like from the back under the cowl. Should be similar to picture.... D

Danny,  I'm not so sure if that's a good indication or not.   I'm 110% positive neither of my 2 TT's have ever been remove.  One being just a plane jane X11 and neither of my 2 look close to what your pic is.  Here's my X11 fathom green pic from the back side
