Does anybody know what size is for the windshield washer and the size for the AC vacuum hoses? A place that sells reproduction hose?

Take pieces of your old hoses with you to your local auto parts store as references for diameter - they all have many sizes of small rubber hose on spools. Lots cheaper than "restoration/reproduction" hoses.

I have found the Ace/True Value hardware seems to have this thin-walled hose as well.

It should. My 67 still has ribbed hoses from the washer fluid tank to the motor/pump and from the pump to the two nozzles.

Agree with Mike on the ribs "it should" but John makes a great point in that any auto store has tubing on rolls that can be purchased quite reasonably, and a lot of the restoration tubing is the same stuff anyway.

Well I guess that depends on what or intentions are.  Keeping original or just using something close that works ?  Original has 5 ribs (at least mine does) and you most likely could get one close to it from any big after market reproduction place.  Or as the fellas stated above,  just run to your local parts place and grab a few feet from their stock.  Btw w/o measuring it's roughly 1/4 in dia. I believe.

I had terrible luck with the color coded vac hose's cracking at every connection within 3 years, I a bought the complete kit in the late 80's, but curious if the quality of these have improved 25 years later?
