Hey guys,

I am looking for, but cannot find, the small vertical metal trim pieces for a 69 Camaro taillight.  These are about 2-3" long and there are two (2) of them on each taillight where they separate the sections of the taillight.  I only need two of them.  So, if anyone has any laying about and wants to sell them, or knows where they can be purchased, I would be indebted to you for all of eternity and would shout praises in your honor for this oh so wonderful help.

Thanks,
Steve

 I think you'll have a tough time finding just those vertical chrome pieces.  Best way would be to find a used lens that has usuable Chrome pieces.  Theres one listed here; ($30);

scroll down to '69 standard taillight.  Good luck with your project.

Are those part of the style trim group?  I think the base tail lamp lenses do not have those 2 strips but I may be mistaken?

I have seen a set of the X-33 lens for sale on ebay for as cheap as $40. I am not sure how you lost 2 because they seem like part of the lens (melted on?) but if it becomes an issue in the future it isn't to hard to locate them.

I replied to Steve's email that I had the trim and was ready to ship for a price less than the whole lens goes for and now no answer from him :(

Well some people aren't on here as often as others. He'll probably get back to you, good job locating what he was looking for. Did those little pieces pop off easy?

I was able to get a pair from a good friend.  My taillights now look so much better and now, on to the other items to be installed.  A huge thanks to everyone who responded, it was greatly appreciated.
