Wiring Harness under hood?

Hi,

I will swap small block to big block in my 69 Camaro.
Is there any problem to replace the wiring harness under the hood, I'm thinking of the connection to the firewall?
Is it just to change the harness, plug and play?

There is only one type/style of fuse block for the Camaros.  It is not model or engine specific.  Though, '67 had a much different style than the '68-9 model years...
