I think we have seen this one before.. William will probably know.. I thought it appeared somewhere here initially in a cleaner condition, then re-appeared a short time later with the scuff marks.

No just that tag it's in an ebay listing. I know the rivets don't look correct, but the has had qhat looks to be extensive sheet metal work. So maybe it's been removed and put back on? It's an ebay listing.
