Opinion needed - worth it?

I'm looking for a driver quality car, convertible, manual.  Not overly concerned with numbers matching.  This car is actually an RS (look at tail lights) but otherwise not very original.  I'm waiting on pre inspection results and appraisal but wondered what folks on this forum think.

Seems consistently priced, save for a little negotiation room.

Worth it?
