Cowl Tag Rivets

These look weird in the center. Are these what GM rivets look like when you clean all the goop out of them?? Just looks suspect to me.. Danny

That is what they look like if not installed properly Normally they were punched in the center driving the center in and outward creating a pinch. Then seam sealer was put on.
