Yellow Z/28 on eBay, Cowl Tag real?

This company has another Z/28 for sale. But I don't know if I have seen this one or not. Punched the VIN in the search box and got noth'in.

On the outside it looks like a December build with a January Tag I don't know if that lines up in the 2 to 3 week category I just know it doesn't line up with what I am used to seeing. I guess I always thought the tag came before the serial number. JMO Darrell

VIN and tag line up but tag has been off the car and may be repro.

There is a shopping list of incorrect/missing parts, finishes, fasteners.
