Just wondering. Would under hood insulation be for air cars only, or was this a option for all cars?

General Discussion / Buyer Beware!
June 27, 2017, 12:59:33 PM
I just want to warn my fellow Camaro lovers to beware of a Long Beach, Ca. company out there by the name of Goat Hill Classics or alias AARCHIVEHUNTER! They will take your money and will NEVER send you your part. They will tell you they will send you your money back and you will never get it! I see they have disappeared from E Bay which is good! They have a "F" rating by the BBB and have been banned allegedly from NCRS events! I don't want any one else to get ripped off from these crooks! >:(

Hi, some of the posts refer to component finish charts. Where do I find these? I am doing a partial restoration of my 1968 Z28 and something like that would be nice!

Ok, thanks. Mine is for a 68!

Thanks ko-lek-tor and Steve for the pictures and info. I just got a AIM book and the M20 A1 page looks a little different from yours. Is that's because of different issues and or change in information?

Sorry guys I've been gone out of state helping my 86 year old dad with some issues. Thanks for your responses! Yes, I was talking about the stamped metal tag the you showed in the picture and what do they mean. Like trans type, car type, year, rear gear type, etc.

Hi, my son was doing a financial report for GM/Ford and came across this GM Archives Report. They are archiving all their vehicles even back to 1913! Fun to check out! ENJOY

General Discussion / Re: 30 30 camshaft
September 19, 2016, 09:01:55 AM
Thanks, BC. I thought it was some thing like that since this cams profiles are the same! It also had the white ( now more brownish paint markings) on it that I was told would be correct for this camshaft.

I have a 1968 camshaft with a part number 3849347! Did they cast the 30 30 Duntov cam with two casting #'s?
