FYI, I already own the TH350, so the 700 is not an option.

Dropping a 350 crate motor in to my 67 Convertible. Old motor was 283 with Powerglide. The new set up will be 350 crate with mid 60's TH350 trans. I want to retain my stock 67 shifter. Found this conversion at Classic. https://www.classicindustries.com/product/sck105c.html

What else do I need? Do I need a different cross member? Will the drive shaft from the PG set up work?

Thx Jano, great info. I am running Edelbrock Performer intake (non-air gap) with 600cfm Edelbrock carb. I was not sure what smaller primary's did, and now I know, better low end.

Turbo 350

Yep, that's why I'm asking, and why I posted "stock steering box".

Getting rid of my stock exhaust manifolds for headers. Engine is fairly stock, bored .30 over, Performer intake, stock steering box.
Regarding the headers, trying to decide long tubes or shorties, brand, ceramic or steel. They need to be black. I'd obviously like to find a brand / style that is bolt in with no modifications.
So, give me some feedback on what you have, what you like and don't like, and anything else you'd like to share regarding headers for a 69 350.

Can you tell me if the dash headlamp switch for a 1967 Camaro RS differs from a non-RS? Also, where can I find one? Seems most of the Camaro retailers do not have these.

I recently purchased a date coded vent window glass from Ricks / Ecklers. When I received it, upon inspection I noticed two issues.
First, on the lower edge there was two pin holes that appeared to be a casting type marks. The bigger issue was that the hole for the vent window handle was not big enough.
As you know, the shaft of the mechanism is round but with two flat sides. Although the hole in the glass is oblong in shape, it is not wide enough to accommodate the vent window mechanism.
When I contacted Ecklers, they told me "we have not had issues with this supplier in over 12 years." But then in place of helping me, they gave me the phone number of the supplier and told me to call them. Really?
The supplier is Pilkington Glass. The next couple of weeks were a comedy of errors, but finally, they send me what they said was the "correct" glass.
Upon inspection tonite, there was not much difference in the fit. The hole for the mechanism is just not wide enough. But, the pin holes were not there. 
Finally, here is my question.
Has anyone else had this experience? Should I just accept the fact that I will need to take this to an auto glass shop and have them grind out the hole a bit to get the mechanism to fit?
I am sure the vent window mechanism is the correct original mechanism.

Thanks guys. But it does look like it could have been a dealer installed option. Some people hate the way 67's look with spoilers, some like it. I respect both opinions. For me personally, I like the profile of a 1st Gen with front and rear spoiler. I have a second deck lid that I plan on matching the color and installing the deck lid. I will retain the original deck lid w/o the spoiler.

Was a front and / or rear spoiler an option on the 1967 Camaro?

Hey Pete, IZRSSS, or SMoon, what is the easiest / safest way to remove the pin? I have used a pin punch and lightly tapped with a hammer, but am nervous on tapping too hard. I have used a little WD40 in hopes it would loosen things up a bit, but still nervous about tapping too hard. I have already broken one vent window. Don't want to make that expensive mistake again.
