68RS, I will continue to look, but I may get back to you. Let me know in a IM what you want for the carb. Thanks,

FYI to all. The switch bracket on my car is the right bracket for the saginaw. It has 2 sets of holes that fit the saginaw and the muncie. After viewing the picture Boston14 sent me I inspected the car I have at home and it has the same bracket, but it is mounted to the Muncie that is in the car. The car is a L30 M20 car and originally had a saginaw. I am going to have a fabricator that does quite a bit of work for me at my business fabricate some of these if anyone else needs any I will have them. Thanks Boston14 for the pictures! It has helped me solve my puzzle.

68Z, I will post the Muncie I have in Orphans after I take the car apart to restore it. Right now it is a street car. But it is not chopped up. I will have to write the number down and post it at that time.

Thanks John, I am continuing the search. Seems like the high performance cars are easier to find parts for and they made a lot more of the standard cars like I have. Question.... I have a 68RS with a 327/275 with a 12 bolt rear end. ALL of the numbers match, but the trans is a Muncie (non-matching) Did they ever use a munice on this car? The transmission I have is a 68 camaro transmission, but not the correct serial # for my car.

Thanks John, now If I could find the 2 switches I would be happy, but the impossible search continues

Thanks for the help. Rich, I have to call the shop that has my car and check on the air cleaner I have. It appears to have to short of a snorkle, but I am not sure which way it points. I tossed a pile of parts on my 68 RS I drove in high School also. Never knew smog crap was worth 1600 dollars. I have 2 cars and need several things for both. I am looking to get some help from this site and the good people that care about the original cars still. Thanks, Brad
