hi all, can someone please tell me, what date did the 67 camaro convertible come out with the 396 engine? i found one im thinking of buying with a build date of 10B. it`s a marina blue L78 396 4 speed. it has the 4K on the tag. dose this sound right? thanks anthony.

hi the numbers do match the vin, ill check the cast date & the pad to see if there is the # 7 & any assembly dates.

hi all, im looking to buy this 67 convert camaro, they say orignal motor, but i have my doubts. cast# 3902406, cast date( im not sure where to find it) pad# L142277.  please let me know if you can decode it. thanks anthony.

hi, it has the 12 bolt diff, rhs radius rod, p4 on the tag, ect. everything matches to what the artical says except the hc on the engine pad. anthony.
