Is this the engine bracket ? I do not see a hole on mine ?

Is the engine mounting bracket also called the motor mount ?? I checked that and there are no holes on either mount ( passenger or drivers side) . If I have to

1967 Camaro 327 with a Powerglide. I am switching over to a Muncie 4 speed and I do not see a place to attach the clutch return spring. A big block has a metal bracket you attach to the exhaust manifold. Where do you attach the clutch spring to on a small block?? I have a rod that connects to the clutch fork and the other end of the rod connects to a spring. The spring has to hook on something but I cannot figure out what ... Help I don't want to drill a hole in the engine mount ... What did the spring attach to from the factory ??
