I think that was the way they did things back then. I have the same exact thing on both 1/4's of my 68 convert.

I have reached a delima. I need both side inner rocker skins for a 1968 convert and can't find just the skin. I have 2 options at this point. I can buy the complete inner/outer rocker and try to cut the inner skin off or I am told that some people have used the coupe inner rockers and modified them to fit? Can anyone shed some light on this problem?

That is all it takes to hold the spring bracket on?

I figured that but how do you put the mount back on?? Do I need to build a plate and weld it to the uni-body

I have reached a cross road. I am taking the rear springs out and the front mount bolts are just spinning. I am afraid I know what I have to do but I thought I would ask if there is any trick to getting the bolts out?

This is my first time doing a total restoration. I have done several partials. Is there any easy way to remember all the wiring? Is there a good diagram somewhere?

I can't seem to get the molding off without bending it. Is there a secret way to get it off?
