I ran across this post while pulling up the vin# on the Green Z.
I'm the new owner and would be interested in reuniting the
original block with the car.
Any information that you could pass along would be greatly
appreciated.

I've not seen this car before....

For what it's worth, that Trim tag data was on the car in March of 2003...  that's when I first saw the car and those are the numbers I recorded.

Looks suspicious to me.

I have photos of the original documents, which include the window sticker, warranty card, and the maintenance invoices, but I am not going to post them.

Can I ask if it is a Van Nuys built car?

My 10A LA built car has a date code of 157-8 (June 5th, 1968).
