Can someone tell me what time frame a 1111467 7J3 distributor would suit please?
If it doesn't stretch as far as my build I may have to look at swapping :(
cheers
Jim
September 3 '67 should stretch for 3 or 4 weeks I think.
I have an original 8E3, are you sure that yours is real? Very early for a 467.

DATE CODE LOOK SUSPICIOUS, CHECK THE TWO NUMBER 7'S!
No, it's real. This is only the 2nd one that I've seen made in 1967. The other is a 7J30. The puzzling issue is that I have the GM memo stating that the 266's will be used until they run out due to a surplus. And the 266 shows up in all the early '68 Z28's until Jan 1968. I have not seen one of these early 467's in a car as of yet.

Thanks Jerry :)

From Jerry's website, "Original 1968 Z28 distrobutor, #1111467, dated 8E3, restored $1895.00"

I'll have to wait until I win the lottery.
