Title: 1968 Camaro Assembled in Peru
Post by: ft27735 on December 23, 2024, 04:32:56 PM
I have a 68 Camaro assembled in Peru and it has a stamp underneath the heater box that says R K48. Does anyone know what this means?

It's most likely a stamping identification from the run when the metal was formed. Can you do a wider angle photo or 2? I'd like to see that trim tag too! Those are cool.

K is the stamping plant and 48 is the production week. More info in that link posted above.
