Wonder if the Factory installed Gas tank has ever been removed.

   Lot #376 - This rare z/28 has recently undergone a complete rotisserie restoration, absolutely no expense spared in the process, equipment includes the correct 302-290 horse power engine, dz holley, factory smog, muncie 4 speed, 12 bolt positraction, power disc brakes, functional cowl induction, 8000 rpm tach and console gauges, am/fm radio, deluxe houndstooth interior, sport steering wheel, front and rear spoiler package, rally wheels and more. Finished in the correct "hugger orange", one of the finest z/28's in the country.

I appears the way Jerry's paper is written is he never looked a the car. They just sent him a lot of pictures I suppose and the old link from BJ.
Indy-if it's been fully restored, you can guarantee the tank has been out.
