Title: Introduction of me an my car
Post by: Tom Feramenti on December 30, 2023, 04:35:52 PM
Hi from germany.
I am into US Classics for many years, especially f bodies. My current Camaro is a `68 one owner car SS350/RS, 4sp Muncie, blk deluxe interior.
I recently brought it back to life, it's now ready to drive but it's still far from pretty. I still have a lot to do.

Nice. I like the Mustang. Neighbor had a green one like yours over 40 years ago.

Looks like some nice pieces still with the car. I.e. smog pump, breather lid. Have fun is the most important aspect of the hobby!

Making good progress Tom..... What part of Germany you live, how you purchased your carr, getting parts, and if you are the one doing the car.

Thank you, yes i am the one who build the car. Bought her in texas from the first owner and shipped it to germany. some of the parts i order direct by summit and co, shipping is expensive, but some parts i buy here in germany are more expensive you cant imagine, four times the original price. this is the reason why rebuilding US classics here often is priceless and in the end the finished cars don't even have the same value as yours  :)
