What would be the correct Chevy Orange ? Was the balancer and water pump left off at time of paint ? Does the water pump bolts use any washers? Thanks

What year are you working on? What engine also? What transmission?

Engine was painted as an assm minus pulleys, brackets, fuel pump, starter, alt & carb.
