Title: NEGITIVE BATTERY CABLE LEAD LOCATION

on a early build 3 week of sept 68 where is the small wire off the negative battery cable mounted  to is it  the fender or the core support

I don't know what battery was in it from the factory

At this point, unless you have original paper work, you kind of have to guess. A group 22F could be used if you want it like it was from the factory or you have to use a group 24 & call it hd battery. I believe these are both discussed in the assm manual....Joe

I FOUND MY ANSWER IT DOES GET MOUNTED TO THE CORE SUPPORT
