Your engine block is on Ebay. Engine pad is stamped 18N437122 V0515MO.

Hard to say from that photo. Looks like someone sand blasted the deck. Numbers are too blurry to know for sure. I would want to see this one in person before I spent any $$ on it.

Block was on ebay back in 03, then owned by a camaros.net member. Not sure he's selling it or if another person now has it and is selling it.
It was a complete motor (though the top end wasn't original).
