Title: 69 trim tag question

While I've seen LOS and NOR on the plant designation, VN for van nuys is one I've not seen before other than on a firebird site.  Is this an anomaly or just not discussed often, for a 69 Camaro?  Plus I'm not trying to decipher the tag, I just screen shot the tag to post my question.

So it was a midyear change for the rest of production?
