Looking for definitive answer on the top of dash paint for my red interior 68.
I did find via search topics this same question for 67s but I don't know if the referenced paint code would be the same, and the links posted in that old thread are dead.
Thanks,
Bill
Bill, this should help with the paint codes. However I'm not familiar with '68 interior details and I recall posting a similar reference a while back, in response to a question on a blue interior on either a '67 or '68, and there was debate about the accuracy of the chart - some suggested the blue interior car should have a black dash top from the factory..... maybe someone more knowledgeable can confirm what a red interior car got in '68.

DDL Duracryl
I am in need of 1968 RED also. (724) interior the page above lists 2 Red & Dark Red for the Low Gloss selection? (I might not understand the relationships (anybody?)
Fortunately there was enough over spray of the dash paint on the lower section of the A pillar to confirm a good match. Thanks for the interior color links guys!

:) Chevy NEVER wasted that much red paint on the floor panels!! but it is pretty... :)
Here's another site that was mentioned recently on the TC site, can't vouch for accuracy. You have to scroll down to the bottom of the page for interior colors:

Also, this is a link with good info from an old thread from this site, back in November 2013. Note that it calls out upper dash etc versus lower dash....
