I am posting this picture for "sbmiano". He is having trouble posting it. He found this picture of a tag on the passenger rear quarter of his 1969 Z/28 LOS car during restoration and wants to know if anyone knows what it is. Thanks, Scoop
That was required when submitting a warranty claim for adjusting glass.
I learned something.
Me too. Thanks, William!
Paul
I believe I heard it via John Z.
I have a similar one on my drivers side door

I remember hearing the same William...
Where were those stickers found? Underneath interior panels??
I found the stickers on both my doors and learned they are near impossible to remove without destroying. NOR 11A. George
thanks George... explains why I've never seen those on my car, since I've never had my interior panels off the car, but then I've only owned it for 37 yrs (so far).. :)
You'll find similar tear-off tags on almost all Chevrolet 2-door hardtop body styles in the 60's-70's, to "keep the dealers honest" on glass adjustment warranty claims; no tag stuck to the warranty claim, no reimbursement. :)

Hi John,
I'm curious why hardtops? Convertibles were handled different?

Same thing on convertibles. :-)
One more example - found this today on the passenger side door of my 01C Norwood built '69RS
If you go thru a junkyard, they are on all the old GM cars.....
