I believe painted black.

The heater hose bracket on the alternator bracket is painted semi-gloss black. The heater hose clip on the inner fender is dark phosphate.

Is the color of the hose bracket and the alternator bracket the same?
A little nuance on the question...Igot them pulled and wondering how I should refresh them.
