Also noted a brake fluid filler tube on the master cylinder cap; haven't seen that before - must have been added by GM France as part of the homologation.

I'm wondering if the lights behind the grille were yellowish?  I recall that was the normal type headlight in France back in the 80s and possibly earlier.

Are this 67's RS headlight doors on steroids or is that how quick all of them are suppose to open?

Okay…I’m sure everyone on CRG who has an RS has headlight doors that open and close as efficiently as the one in the promo.  :-\ :-\ ??? ???

Come on guys…first off, does anyone have doors that open and close simultaneously?  At best, mine open and close descent but certainly not simultaneously. The first headlight door opens and or closes and then the other one. But not until the first one has completed its cycle. Isn’t this par for this type of vacuum system? Isn’t the ad boarder lining on BS? Someone shed some light so I know how high the bar is set!

I'm sure GM had their reasons for switching from electric to vacuum but for whatever reason, they certainly sacrificed efficiency. Given efficiency stands for quick open and close. Me thinks they missed the boat on this one. I recall my fathers old Willys jeep. If you wanted the windshield whippers to work more efficiently you had to punch the gas. Guess I'll just punch the '69.  ;)

When they froze up with ice the motors would eventually burn out.

That's how 67 headlights - they are that fast, when they work. :)

You can see the homologation tag on the firewall and a label of some sort on the air cleaner snout.
Yes, the master cylinders got those filler lids on the master cylinder - French cars only from what I've seen.

It seems that most of the french models where the antenna on the driver side.( but i've never find this option in the AIM...)

"brake fluid filler tube on the master cylinder cap; have been added by GM France as part of the homologation"because we need to see quickly the level without any other action than to open the trunk ( french law)

i recently remove my old cap an place an american original one ,but as my 67 camaro is more than 45 years , it's not a problem with the law now ;-)

and for the lights , yes the law says until 1993 the front lights ( all of them except parking lights) MUST be YELLOW.
