Yes, with Guldstrand being based out of the LA area, I find it odd to think that he would've had
an opportunity to build a Norwood OH assembled Camaro in '68. The cage design does not look
like any I have ever seen in a Guldstrand car. Without seeing the documentation or other materials
that might be in the seller's possession, it's hard to say for sure.

The above ebay listed 68 appears to have sold for a high bid of $28,101.99.

Thanks for filling us in on the final selling price. That's probably the right value for the car.

Ed, it would be nice to keep up with this. The only cars I personally know that changed hands are Karman Cusack's Camaro, which went to Ron Atchley and Gary Goeringer's '68 Mustang that was bought by Karman. I don't know anything about the prices.

Lance Smith from Huntington race cars sold his 48 Hoffman 1972 Camaro to a guy in Texas.  Many new faces here at Monterey reunion.

A vintage racer I know might be interested in joining the HTA group - any "barn finds" or other HTA cars for sale out there?

This is a pretty neat car, sounds unlikely that it has any early racing history but would be a lot of fun if you could get it for the right $.

Not built until the late '80s apparently and then used for autocross, not road racing. Would be something that somebody running in SVRA back east could use or maybe a candidate for down in New Zealand or Australia.

Here's a Hemmings article indicating the 4th Boss 302 that went to Bud Moore as a body-in-white for the '71 season is going up for auction next month. This car never competed in Trans-Am back in the day because it wasn't actually built up until a few years ago. Interesting article tells the tale. Thanks to Robert Barg to passing this along to me.

Yes, that's a real deal '67 Z-28 with Trans-Am race history. It was originally a Deepwater blue car with blue standard interior. and a legit heater delete car as well. The car is a strong runner in SVRA back east but would need money invested in it to be legal to run in the Historic Trans-Am group on the West Coast. A very cool car that I hope finds a good home. I'd love to have it in my own garage.

Here's a shot of the car at the 1968 Bridgehampton Trans-Am race.
