The car's real (I have copies of the POP, Trim Tag and Engine Pad), and it's not unusual for dates to be all over the place. Especially on low producton engines.
As John has stated in several threads, no one cared about component dates when these cars were being assembled, so you really can't compare the date on one engine installed in a car built during a certain week with the date on another engine installed in a car built during the same time frame. Yes, they'll normally be fairly close, but they could also be a few weeks off.
However, the head rests appear to be the 69 "bent" style and the AM/FM isn't listed on the POP, although you really can't go by the POP since it has one typo on it already. (The first entry, 2 - J50 - should be a 1 - N40 - since the car has power steering, so who knows if the U69 is correct or not).
