Do these codes look a little odd to anyone else but me?

Not a double stamp... looks like he ran a crayon or pencil to highlight the stamping... I can see them losing the date part '24' because they punched the hole with some variation I'm thinking?

Pretty common date. They are good only for a 10E or 11A Camaro. I suspect most of those probably came off a 70 Monte Carlo.
