The tag had to be sprayed after the firewall was blacked out, which was well along Fishers side of the assembly process. What was left at that point that would be related to an option specified on the cowl tag that the line workers need to know about? Something GM did as it came over from Fisher? Had to be done somewhere between Fisher Blackout of the firewall, and GM installing the wiper motor, and brake booster on the firewall, as those pieces never have overspray on them on original cars.
