I recently purchased a date correct DZ bare block to keep for my camaro in the future. I was able to decipher the VIN (19N569785) from the oil filter area. The build date is V1218DZ and the casting date is L178. I am only interested in selling the block to the owner of the original body for the price I paid, if the body is still around. Otherwise, I will keep the block for the future. If you show me the original VIN plate I will provide all the information you need, otherwise please do not bother.
