Guillotine Exhaust Clamps

I was wondering were do the guillotine style exhaust clamps go on a 1967 Camaro SS exhaust system? I see in the AIM that there is a clamp at each side of the muffle at the bottom openings. Should there also be a guillotine clamp at each side of the muffler at the top openings? Is there any other connections that require the guillotine clamps?

Yes at  the bottom openings of the muffler are the gullotine clamps and differant clamps at the top opening of the muffler and exhaust hangers.
