1968 SS Crankcase ventilation and vacuum lines

I would like to confirm the routing and setup of vacuum and crankcase ventilation with you guys.

This is a 68 SS 350 with automatic transmission and an 803 Cast iron intake. Please let me know what you think of this.

When I purchased the Camaro, the PCV Valve was T'ed into the booster vacuum line that went to the carb base.

I took this out and ran the booster to a metal line that threads onto the manifold vacuum port. This port also has two accessory ports, 1 for AC and 1 for automatic transmission. That leaves me with a PCV Valve that I could run to the Carb Base being that the SS had an open element filter. I have a breather on the passenger side rear and the PCV valve on the drivers side front.

If this is correct, what was the routing of the PCV Line to the base?
Any other feedback?

I could help you better if you had a manual trans.  One thing that I know is incorrect on yours  is that a '68 SS 350 originally came with a CLOSED element air cleaner.   Are you going for a stock setup or are you just trying to make it work with an open element air cleaner?

I would like a stock setup. Many things had been changed over the years, but they are mostly bolt on items. I will need to look into what the air filter setup should be.
With the correct housing in place, would the PCV run to the base of the air filter housing? What is the best place to run the PCV if an open element is used?

PCV should run to base of carb regardless of air cleaner set up, you want full vacuum to the crankcase.  Everything else you changed sounds correct.  Stock would not have a breather but be plumbed into air cleaner base but breather is fine.
