correct location of fender emblems?
« on: March 17, 2006, 04:53:13 PM »
where can i find the correct location of the fender emblems (crossed flags, engine designation) on a 67 conv. std. I've seen examples of templets on various restoration books, but i can't find measurments to faburicate said templets. any comments/ advice as to where i could find any info?

Strat,

Ricks First Generation has TEMPLATE KITS for sale that will give you the info you need. Different "kits" for different models, but they all seem to go for $18.95.

i went to rick's camaro web site and what they have listed as 67 327 template kit is actually a 68 327 template kit. guess they had a brain f**t.

Actually, if you click on "more" for each of them, they all show the same image! I think they're just using that same image as an example. I can't imagine all the templates would be for a 68 327!! You might want to give them a call on Monday.
