1969 glass
«

Just wondering what the correct etching should be on original glass. My 1969 Z-28 has on the windshield, Safe-Ray Safe-Lite Laminated. The other 5 glasses have Safe-Plate Tempered.
Original, or not?
Thanks

I'm not sure about originality.... but I believe that the windshield is the only "laminated" glass in a car, so it sounds like it could be.

Read this prior forum topic. Several companies are listed that provide date coded glass.
