69 Z/28 shock plate ..U bolts or T bolts or both?

I was wondering what people have on there cars as far as mounting the rear shock plates. My car came with a U bolt and the T bolts for each side. Is this correct?

Yes that is correct... U bolts on the outside and T bolts on the inside.
