67 SS with a Blue (7-7) Interior

We are cleaning up a console that looks like it has been painted black at some point.
Interior is code 7 7 which is Blue, should the console be Blue ????    we have found Blue under the Black.

yes for the sides( vertical) , but the horizontal zone must be black
